ABOUT ME!

Hello everyone! My name is Ruby Wu and this is my website. I'm currently a FLL freshmen in NTHU. I used to live in Thailand before I came to study here so I'm not used to many things in Taiwan yet. Things are different in Thailand and Taiwan. In Thailand, the weather is always bright and sunny while it is not an everyday thing here in Taiwan. Even though the food here are all delicious, I really miss the spiciness of Thai food. Especially a dish called Som Tum, which is made mainly of shredded unripe papaya with a special sauce made out of lemon, soy sauce, chili and many more. Since high school, I have been in the girls volleyball team. I really enjoy playing volleyball, so I joined FLL's girls volleyball team this year. To me, playing volleyball with my upperclassmen and classmates is a very relaxing thing to do in this stressful environment. I see volleyball as a hobby that can make me healthy. Besides volleyball, I also like to watch movies, especially the animations from Disney. Disney is my childhood and I love it since I was a kid. I love a character called Stitch and I have several things with Stitch on it. I often dream of working as a staff in Disneyland so I can get in there free everyday(and meet stitch). To me, being happy is important. A goal I set for myself in university is to be happy everyday no matter how bad that day is. I hope everyone around me can be happy everyday too!

哈囉大家好！我的名字是Ruby Wu, 這是我的個人網站。我目前是清大外文系的大一生。我來這裡讀書之前一直都在泰國生活，所以還沒很適應台灣的一切。 泰國和台灣的情況不同。在泰國，每天都看得到太陽，而在台灣卻不是每天都都看得到。雖然台灣的食物都很美味，但我還是真的很懷念辣辣的泰國菜，尤其是一道叫做 Som Tum 的菜， 它是以青木瓜絲加上檸檬、醬油、辣椒等才製成的特殊醬汁為主的。 從高中開始，我一直都在女排球隊。我真的很喜歡打排球，所以今年我加入了外文系的女排球隊。對我來說，在這個壓力很大的環境中，和我的高年級同學和同學打排球是一件可以讓我放鬆的事情。我認為排球是一種可以讓我健康的興趣。 除了排球這個興趣，我還喜歡看電影，尤其是迪士尼的動畫片。迪士尼是我的童年，我從小就喜歡它。我喜歡一個叫 Stitch 的角色，我有很多 Stitch 東西。我經常夢想在迪士尼樂園當一名員工，這樣我就可以每天免費待在那裡（並遇到Stitch）。 對我來說，開心很重要。我在大學裡給自己定的一個目標就是要每天都快樂，就算那一天有多糟糕。我也希望身邊的每一個人可以每一天都開心！
